Older people will be campaigning for changes at primary health care level, so that testing and treating older people for diabetes become top priorities.

In Dhaka, Bangladesh, a mini marathon will take place and participants will take an oath to stay active in later life.

Campaigners from Liberia are joining Age Demands Action on Health for the first time. Older and younger people will partner up for “buddy walks” to encourage healthy and active ageing.
